1. Make strong coffee good to create 24 ice cubes.
2. Let the coffee cool down and freeze for at least 4 hours.
3. Pulse/mix 1 litre chilled Almond drink with 16 coffee ice cubes, cocoa powder, handful of mint leaves and maple syrup.
4. Add extra mint leaves or maple syrup as you desire. Serve in chilled glasses with 2 extra coffee ice cubes. Awesome!
You can use a melted piece of pure chocolate without gluten and milk instead of the cacao powder.
The dish can contain lactose because of the cacao powder. Check the packaging of the cacao powder to be sure.
