Cocoa Banana Bread

with Alpro Oat

200g of almond flour

200g of oats

4 large bananas

4 eggs (or egg replacer)

300 ml of Alpro Oat Original or Alpro Oat Unsweetened

3 teaspoons of baking powder

4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

For topping: almond flakes and pieces of dark chocolate

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
2. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork or with a potato masher in a large mixing bowl
3. Add the eggs, almond flour, oatmeal flakes and cocoa powder
4. Mix in the Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink and baking powder together. Stir everything together to form a homogeneous whole
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and top with chocolate and almond flakes. Put in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool before serving


Replace our Alpro Oat Original with Alpro Almond Original and use gluten free oats
