1. Pour the Alpro Coconut Unsweetened drink into a small pan with the porridge oats. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 3 minutes - stiring frequently.
2. Meanwhile chop the almonds and pistachios and roast them in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
3. Mix the flaxseeds and chia seeds with the almonds and pistachios.
4. Sprinkle the almonds, pistachios, flaxseeds and chia seeds over the porridge and serve with whatever fruit tickles your fancy and top with some extra Alpro Coconut Unsweetened; easy!
