Tapas Hummus

Dip in, this hummus is a treat on any tapas dish.

Ingredients

400g of chickpeas

1 clove of garlic

3 tbsp Coconut Unsweetened drink

1 lime, juiced

A few coriander sprigs

2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)

1 tbsp Za’atar spices

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Preparation

1. Peel the garlic. Drain the chickpeas in a colander.
2. Put the chickpeas, garlic, Alpro Coconut Drink Unsweetened, coriander, lime juice, Za’atar spices and tahini in a blender. Mix until smooth. If it’s too thick, you can add some more Alpro Coconut Unsweetened drink.
3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and extra lime juice
4. Serve with some coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds on top. Enjoy!

For a delicious twist, you can switch the Soy drink by the Alpro Coconut Unsweetened drink
