Competition rules for “Share & Win – Alpro at Dreamville” on Instagram
These competition rules apply to the “Share & Win – Alpro at Dreamville” competition (hereinafter referred to as: the “Competition”) that is organized by DANONE SA, a French public limited company with a capital of 171,657,400 euro, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 552 032 534, located at 17 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France. (hereinafter referred to as: “Danone” without any obligation to buy a product.
Article 1: General
1. Participation to the Competition is exclusively reserved to people attending the Tomorrowland Festival 2023 and who are staying at the Dreamville camping and who are at least 18 years of age. The prices do not grant any access to the Tomorrowland festival nor the Dreamville camping.
Danone’s members of personnel and of agencies involved are excluded from participation. Also, their family members (i.e. members of one and the same family or persons living at the same address) are not allowed to participate.
Furthermore, all persons that participate in an organized manner, or in a factual or legally organized way, or in any other way cooperate with the aim to increase their chances to win are excluded from the competition. Finally, all persons who use tricks or disseat, such as the use of specialized computer programs, or in any other way participate fraudulently with the aim to increase their chances to win are excluded too.
To the extent legally possible, Danone can perform either itself or in cooperation with a third party, all checks it regards necessary to verify the capacity of the participants and compliance with these conditions. Non-compliance will result in the exclusion of the participant from the Competition.
2. Only one (1) prize per participant shall be accorded.
3. Participation to the Competition is free. Normal costs for participation to the Competition are to be borne entirely by the participant. Participants can under no circumstances ask for a refund of such costs.
4. Participation to the contest implies the acceptance of all provisions of these competition rules, including any decision Danone shall need to take. Non-compliance with these competition rules and each attempt to fraud shall lead to the immediate exclusion of the participant.
In the event of any irregularities such as errors that occur at the executive agency Dorst & Lesser, Danone itself, Danone shall decide autonomously on the way these irregularities shall be corrected and dealt with.
5. The Competition shall be announced on Instagram and Tiktok, as well as on promotional materials on and around the “Alpro Breakfast Corner” at Dreamville camping.
Article 2: Data
1. All personal data that come into Danone’s possession following the Competition shall be treated as confidential and shall be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. The participant agrees to the processing of his/her provided personal data for purposes essential for the execution of the Competition, being the identification of the winners and the distribution of the prizes. Personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the good progress of this competition. Alpro, as the “controller” for this Competition calls on “processor” Dorst & Lesser, who ensures the competition coordination.
2. We may process your personal data on the basis of your consent. Where you have given consent, but you later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us via e-mail using the contact template on the website https://www.danone.be/fr/contact) or by letter sent to the Danone address mentioned above and we will stop doing processing your personal data in this way. However, if you withdraw your consent, this may impact our ability to provide our products and associated services to you. Every participant can use the same channels free of charge and at any time, to oppose against the use of his or her personal data for direct marketing purposes.
3. Execution of the Competition is to be understood as the fact that data, the participation form, footage where the participating winner is shown could be used for whatever reasons (including public communications) that are connected with the Competition (other than indicated in article 2.2 of these competition rules). This includes use on the internet, in printed materials or any other means of communication.
Article 3: How and where can you participate?
1. This Competition runs from July 21, 2023 until July 23, 2023 and from July 28, 2023 until July 30, 2023. Participation either prior to 20/7/2023 or after the end on July 30, 2023 shall not be taken into account.
2. The participant can only participate validly to the Competition by creating a creative Instagram story using the filter “Alpro Feed Your You” and publishing it as an Instragram story on its own Instagram account. @Alpro has to be tagged in this story. The participant shall follow the Instagram account @Alpro to have a chance to win a price.
Only people staying at Dreamville can participate to win a price. Prices don’t grant any access to Dreamville nor to the Tomorrowland Festival 2023.
Article 4: Determination of the winners
1. The Danone Jury will designate the winners.
2. The winners shall be informed via the Instagram account used to participate regarding the prize that has been won during the two periods to participate from July 21, 2023 until July 23, 2023 or from July 28, 2023 until July 30, 2023. Danone cannot be held responsible for not awarding the prize(s) in case the participant did not see the message on his Instagram account at the time to obtain his price.
3. The prices will be given to the winners at Alpro Breakfast Corner at Dreamville Camp during the period mentioned above, according to the day mentioned.
4. In the event a prize is not received by the winner during the periods mentioned above and no error has been made by Danone, the winner loses his rights to the prize which remains Danone’s property. In such case the winner has no right to another prize or any other form of compensation.
5. Without prejudice to Danone's rights as set out under Article 2.5, the results of the Competition shall not be communicated publicly.
Article 5: Prizes
One Alpro VIP Breakfast for 4 people in the Alpro Breakfast Corner zone at the Farmhouse at Dreamville camp per day of competition (to be won on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th, 30th of July 2023).
One Alpro Coffee Specialty at the Alpro Breakfast Corner at the Dreamville camp – 20 Alpro Coffee Specialty per day of competition (to be won on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th, 30th of July 2023)
Prizes are not exchangeable for their value in money or for other benefits in kind. The prizes are personal and can not be passed through or sold to third parties.
Article 6: Liability
1. Participation to the Competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the features and limitations of the internet, regarding technical issues this means the risk for interruptions and more in general the risks that follow from each connection and transfer made over the internet, the absence of security of certain data against possible deviations and the risk for contamination by possible viruses on the network. Therefore, Alpro can under no circumstances be held liable for amongst others:
Transmissions over the internet.
Malfunctioning of the internet and/or software used.
Consequences of viruses, bugs and other anomalies.
Any kind of technical, hardware- and software errors.
2. Danone cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage as a consequence of an interruption, any kind of malfunctions that relate to the course of the Competition, the exclusion of participants or the termination of the Competition for whatever reason. This also applies to all direct or indirect damage that would come from a connection with Instagram or the website www.danone.be. Each participant has to take all necessary measure to protect his own data and/or the software programs on his IT devices and/or his website against any kind of error. The connection with Instagram or the website www.danone.be and the participation to the Competition completely fall under the responsibility of the participants. Danone cannot be held liable in the event this Competition should be altered, shortened or cancelled because of force majeure or because of reasons outside Danone’s intentions. Danone reserves the right to check whether the applicable legislation and competition rules have been complied with so that any participant can be excluded in the event of non-compliance. Nevertheless, Danone is not obliged to systematically check all participation forms that have been sent and can limit itself to checking the winners. Danone and the entities appointed by it are in no way liable towards the winners with regard to prizes, including their delivery, their state, their qualities and any possible consequences, incidents or accidents caused by the sending, possession or use thereof.
4. Printing, spelling and any other type of such errors are no grounds for damages or any other obligation of Alpro.
Article 7: Danone’s rights
1. Danone reserves the right, at its own discretion and without any prior notice, to terminate, to interrupt or to alter the Competition and/or to change the prizes of the Competition in the event circumstances would require so without leading to any liability of Danone.
2. Danone reserves the right to delete at all times any testimonials of participants on Instagram. This may occur because the testimonial would not be compliant with the applicable legislation or because of other editorial considerations justified in Danone’s own opinion. Danone is not obliged to inform the participant in advance and does not have to motivate its action.
Article 8: Meta - Instagram
1. The participant acknowledges that the Competition is being organized by Danone and not by Meta. Therefore, Meta cannot be held liable in any way for elements that relate to the Competition.
2. Danone acknowledges that Meta does not sponsor, endorse, or administer the Competition in any way and is in no way associated with it.
3. The participant provides his personal data to Danone and not to Meta.
Article 9: Contact
Questions, remarks or complaints regarding the Competition or the competition rules can be sent in written to the Instagram account @Alpro.
Article 10: Miscellaneous
1. These competition rules are only available at www.danone.be. From the 20th of July 2023 until the 31st of July 2023. A paper copy of these rules will be sent free of charge to any person requesting the same in a letter addressed to Danone at the following address: 17 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France. 2. Danone’s terms of use and privacy policy apply to this Competition and can be found at www.alpro.com/uk/dreamville 3. The Competition, these competition rules and the interpretation thereof are subject to Belgian law and any possible conflict shall be settled exclusively before the courts of Kortrijk. Wedstrijdreglement voor “Share & Win – Alpro op Dreamville” op Instagram
Dit wedstrijdreglement is van toepassing op de Instagram-wedstrijd ”Share & Win - Alpro op Dreamville” (hierna genoemd: de “Wedstrijd”) die zonder aankoopverplichting wordt georganiseerd door DANONE SA, een Franse naamloze vennootschap met een kapitaal van 171 657 400 euro, geregistreerd bij het Handelsregister van Parijs onder het nummer 552 032 534, gevestigd aan de Boulevard Haussmann 17, 75009 Parijs, Frankrijk.
Artikel 1: Algemeen
1. Deelname aan de Wedstrijd is exclusief voorbehouden aan bezoekers van het Tomorrowland-festival die verblijven op de Dreamville-camping die minstens 18 jaar oud zijn.De prijzen die te winnen zijn bij deze wedstrijd geven op geen enkele manier toegang tot Tomorrowland, noch tot de Dreamville-camping.
Personeelsleden van Danone en van de betrokken promotieagentschappen zijn uitgesloten van deelname. Ook hun gezinsleden (d.w.z. leden van éénzelfde gezin of personen die op hetzelfde adres samenwonen) kunnen niet deelnemen.
Worden ook nog uitgesloten van deelname, alle personen die in georganiseerd verband deelnemen, of in het kader van enige juridische of feitelijke vereniging, of op enige andere wijze samenwerken met het oog op de verhoging van de winstkansen. Worden tenslotte eveneens uitgesloten van deelname, alle personen die een list of kunstgreep aanwenden, zoals onder meer het gebruik van een gespecialiseerd informaticaprogramma, of op eender welke onrechtmatige of frauduleuze manier deelnemen met het oog op de verhoging van de winstkansen.
Danone kan, in de mate dat dit wettelijk is toegelaten, alle controles doen of laten doen die zij nodig acht om de hoedanigheid van de deelnemers en de naleving van deze voorwaarden te controleren. Niet-naleving door een deelnemer zal leiden tot de uitsluiting van zijn of haar deelname aan de Wedstrijd.
2. Er wordt slechts één (1) prijs per deelnemer toegekend.
3. Deelname aan de Wedstrijd is gratis. De normale kosten voor de deelname aan de wedstrijd zijn volledig ten laste van de deelnemer. In geen geval kunnen de deelnemers deze kosten terugvorderen.
4. Deelname aan de Wedstrijd impliceert de aanvaarding van alle bepalingen van onderhavig Wedstrijdreglement, evenals elke beslissing die de organisatoren zouden moeten treffen. Het niet naleven van dit wedstrijdreglement en elke poging tot fraude worden bestraft met onmiddellijke uitsluiting van de deelnemer.
Bij onregelmatigheden zoals fouten die zich voordoen bij Dorst & Lesser, het uitvoerend agentschap, of bij Danone zelf, beslist Danone autonoom over de manier waarop deze worden gecorrigeerd en afgehandeld.
5. De Wedstrijd wordt aangekondigd via Instagram en TikTok en op promotie-materialen op en rond de “Alpro Breakfast Corner” op Dreamville
Artikel 2: Gegevens
1. Alle persoonsgegevens die Danone verkrijgt in het kader van de Wedstrijd zullen vertrouwelijk worden behandeld en zullen worden verwerkt in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke privacy wet- en regelgeving en de privacyverklaring van Alpro zoals vermeld op https://www.alpro.com/benl/privacy/. De deelnemer geeft toestemming tot de verwerking van de door hem/haar verstrekte persoonsgegevens, noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van deze Wedstrijd, te weten de identificatie van de winnaars en het toesturen van de prijzen. Ze zullen enkel zo lang bewaard worden als nodig voor het goede verloop van deze wedstrijd. Danone doet als “verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking” voor deze Wedstrijd beroep op Dorst & Lesser, die de wedstrijdcoördinatie verzekert.
2. De deelnemers hebben het recht zich tegen de verwerking van hun gegevens te verzetten, het recht tot inzage, schrapping van hun gegevens en om onjuiste gegevens te laten verbeteren door de verzending van een e-mail via het contactformulier op de website (https://www.danone.be/nl/contact) of een brief te sturen naar het adres van de zetel van Danone. Elke deelnemer zal zich via dezelfde kanalen ook gratis en te allen tijde kunnen verzetten tegen het gebruik van zijn of haar persoonsgegevens voor direct marketing doeleinden. De deelnemer die de verwijdering van zijn gegevens vraagt tijdens het verloop van de Wedstrijd aanvaardt dat zijn deelname hierdoor automatisch wordt beëindigd aangezien men zonder registratie niet in de lijst der deelnemers kan worden opgenomen.
3. Uitvoering van de Wedstrijd moet begrepen worden als het feit dat de gegevens, het deelnemingsformulier, het beeldmateriaal waarop de deelnemende winnaar is afgebeeld gebruikt kunnen worden voor welke uitingen (met inbegrip van publieke uitingen) dan ook die verband houden met de Wedstrijd (anders dan aangegeven in artikel 2.2 van dit wedstrijdreglement). Dit recht omvat het internet, drukwerk en andere vormen van communicatie.
Artikel 3: Hoe en wanneer kan je meedoen?
1. Deze Wedstrijd loopt van 21 tot en met 23/7/2023 en van 28 tot en met 30/7/2023. Deelnames die verstuurd worden vóór 20/7/2023 of na 30/7/2023 worden niet in aanmerking genomen.
2. De deelnemer kan enkel geldig deelnemen aan de Wedstrijd door een creatieve Instagram story te maken met de Alpro Feed Your You-filter, en deze als story te posten op zijn/haar instagram. Hierbij moet @Alpro op instagram getagd worden. De deelnemer moet de instagram-account @alpro ook zelf volgen om kans te maken op de te winnen prijzen.
Enkel de deelnemers die op Dreamville logeren, maken kans op een prijs. De te winnen prijzen geven op geen enkele manier recht op toegang tot Dreamville noch Tomorrowland.
Artikel 4: Aanwijzing van de winnaars
1. De jury van Danone zal de winnaars aanduiden
2. De winnaars zullen tijdens één van beide activatieweekends (21-23/7 of 28-30/7) schriftelijk bericht krijgen van de gewonnen prijs op de instagram-account waarmee ze deelgenomen hebben . Danone kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor het niet toekennen van de prijzen indien de eigenaar van de account dit bericht niet tijdig gezien heeft.
3. De prijzen worden geïnd op de aangegeven dag, tijdens één van beide activatieweekends (21-23/7 of 28-30/7) overhandigd aan de winnaars op de Alpro Breakfast Corner op DreamVille.
4. Indien een prijs buiten de schuld van Danone niet tijdens het debetreffende activatieweekend (21-23/7 of 28-30/7) is ontvangen door een winnaar, verliest deze winnaar zijn/haar rechten op de prijs en blijft de prijs eigendom van Danone. De winnaar heeft in dergelijk geval ook geen recht op een andere prijs of enige andere vorm van vergoeding.
5. Onverminderd de rechten van Danone zoals bepaald in artikel 2.5, zal over de uitslag van de Wedstrijd niet openbaar worden gecommuniceerd.

De prijzen zijn niet inruilbaar tegen hun waarde in geld of andere voordelen in natura. De prijzen zijn persoonsgebonden en kunnen niet doorgegeven of verkocht worden aan derden.
Artikel 6: Aansprakelijkheid
1. Deelname aan de Wedstrijd impliceert kennis en aanvaarding van de kenmerken en beperkingen van het internet, met name wat de technische prestaties betreft, het risico op onderbrekingen en, meer in het algemeen, de risico’s die inherent zijn aan elke verbinding en overdracht via het internet, de afwezigheid van beveiliging van bepaalde gegevens tegen eventuele omleidingen en de risico’s op besmetting door eventuele virussen op het netwerk. Danone kan bijgevolg in geen geval aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor onder meer:
- Transmissies via het internet.
- Slecht functioneren van het internet en/of gebruikte software.
- De gevolgen van virussen, bugs, en anomalieën.
- Om het even welke technische, hardware- en softwaregebreken.
2. Danone kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade ten gevolge van een onderbreking, om het even welke disfuncties die betrekking hebben op het verloop van de Wedstrijd, het uitsluiten van deelnemers of het beëindigen van de wedstrijd om welke reden ook. Dit geldt tevens voor elke rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade die zou voortvloeien uit een verbinding met Instagram of www.Danone.be of https://www.danonebelgie.be/. Elke deelnemer moet alle nodige maatregelen nemen om zijn eigen gegevens en/of de softwareprogramma’s op zijn informatica-uitrusting en/of zijn site te beveiligen tegen om het even welke aantasting. De verbinding met Instagram en Danone-website en de deelname aan de Wedstrijd vallen onder de volledige verantwoordelijkheid van de deelnemers. Danone kan evenmin aansprakelijk worden gesteld als onderhavige wedstrijd zou moeten gewijzigd, ingekort of geannuleerd worden wegens overmacht of om redenen buiten haar wil. Danone behoudt zich het recht voor om na te gaan of de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving en het wedstrijdreglement wordt gerespecteerd, met name om elke deelnemer die misbruik heeft gemaakt uit te sluiten. Niettemin is Danone niet verplicht alle ingezonden formulieren systematisch te controleren en kan het zich beperken tot het controleren van de winnaars. Danone en haar aangestelden zijn ten aanzien van de winnaars op geen enkele wijze aansprakelijk met betrekking tot de prijzen, met inbegrip wat betreft de levering daarvan, hun staat, hun eigenschappen of de eventuele gevolgen, incidenten of ongevallen veroorzaakt door de plaatsing, het bezit of het gebruik ervan.
4. Druk-, spel- en zet- of andere dergelijke fouten kunnen niet ingeroepen worden als grond voor schadevergoeding of welke verplichting dan ook in hoofde van Danone.
Artikel 7: Rechten Danone
1. Danone behoudt zich het recht voor om de Wedstrijd, voor gegronde redenen en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving, te beëindigen, te onderbreken of te wijzigen en/of de prijzen van de Wedstrijd te wijzigen indien de omstandigheden dit vereisen, zonder dat overigens haar aansprakelijkheid hierdoor in het gedrang komt.
2. Danone behoudt zich het recht om te allen tijde testimonials van deelnemers te verwijderen.Dit kan bijvoorbeeld gebeuren omdat het materiaal in strijd is met toepasselijke wetgeving of omwille van andere redactionele overwegingen naar Danone’s eigen inzicht. Danone is niet verplicht dit vooraf aan de betrokken deelnemer te melden en behoeft geen reden op te geven.
Artikel 8: Meta - Instagram
1. De deelnemer erkent dat de Wedstrijd wordt georganiseerd door Danone en niet door meta. Meta kan daarom op geen enkele manier aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor elementen die verband houden met de Wedstrijd.
2. Danone erkent dat Meta / Instagram de Wedstrijd op geen enkele wijze ondersteunt, uitvoert, goedgekeurd heeft of er op een andere wijze mee geassocieerd is.
3. De deelnemer verstrekt zijn/haar gegevens aan Danone en niet aan Meta/Instagram.
Artikel 9: Contact
Vragen, opmerkingen of klachten met betrekking tot deze Wedstrijd of het wedstrijdreglement kunnen schriftelijk naar de sociale media-account “Alpro” op Instagram.
Artikel 10: Diversen
1. Dit wedstrijdreglement wordt enkel ter beschikking gesteld op deze website van 20/7/2023 tot 31/7/2023. Een papieren exemplaar van dit wedstrijdreglement zal gratis worden toegestuurd aan iedere persoon die dit per brief zou verzoeken aan Danone op het volgende adres: Boulevard Haussmann 17, 75009 Parijs, Frankrijk
2. Op deze Wedstrijd zijn de Danone gebruiksvoorwaarden en privacyverklaring van toepassing welke terug te vinden zijn op www.alpro.com/uk/dreamville
3. De Wedstrijd, dit wedstrijdreglement en de interpretatie ervan zijn onderworpen aan het Belgisch recht en eventuele geschillen vallen onder de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van Gent.

Le présent règlement du concours est applicable au concours « Share & Win – Alpro à Dreamville » sur Instagram (désigné ci-après : le “Concours”) qui est organisé sans obligation d'achat par DANONE SA, une société anonyme française avec un capital de 171 657 400 euros, enregistrée auprès du Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris sous le numéro 552 032 534, située au 17 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France.
Article 1er : Généralités
1. La participation au Concours est réservée exclusivement aux visiteurs du festival Tomorrowland séjournant au camping Dreamville âgés d'au moins 18 ans. Les prix à remporter lors de ce concours ne donnent en aucun cas accès au festival Tomorrowland, ni au camping Dreamville.
Les membres du personnel de Danone et des agences de promotion concernées ne peuvent pas y participer. Les membres de leur famille (c.-à-d. les membres d'une même famille ou les personnes qui habitent à la même adresse) ne peuvent pas davantage y participer.
Ne sont pas davantage autorisées à y participer, toutes les personnes qui prennent part à une association organisée, ou qui dans le cadre de toute association juridique ou de fait ou d'une tout autre manière collaborent en vue d'accroître les chances de gain. Enfin, sont également exclues de participation au concours toutes les personnes qui utilisent un subterfuge ou un artifice, comme par exemple un logiciel spécial, ou qui participent d'une quelconque manière illicite ou frauduleuse en vue d'accroître les chances de gain.
Danone peut, dans les limites de la légalité, effectuer ou faire effectuer tous les contrôles qu'elle juge nécessaires afin de vérifier la qualité des participants et le respect de ces conditions. Le non-respect par un participant entraînera l'exclusion de sa participation au Concours.
2. Un seul (1) prix est attribué par participant.
3. La participation au Concours est gratuite. Les frais normaux de participation au concours sont intégralement à charge du participant. En aucun cas, les participants ne peuvent réclamer le remboursement de ces coûts.
4. La participation au Concours implique l'acceptation de toutes les dispositions du présent règlement de Concours, ainsi que toute décision que les organisateurs devraient prendre. Le non-respect du présent règlement de concours et toute tentative de fraude sont sanctionnés par l'exclusion immédiate du participant.
En cas d'irrégularités comme des erreurs survenues chez Dorst & Lesser, l'agence d'exécution, ou chez Danone, Danone décide en toute autonomie de la manière dont elle corrigera ou traitera celles-ci.
5. Le Concours est annoncé via Instagram et TikTok, ainsi que sur les supports promotionnels situés sur et autour du stand « Alpro Breakfast Corner » à Dreamville.
Article 2 : Données
1 Toutes les données personnelles que reçoit Danone dans le cadre du Concours seront gérées et traitées de manière confidentielle conformément aux réglementations et législations applicables en matière de respect de la vie privée et la déclaration de protection des données d'Alpro figurant sur le site https://www.alpro.com/benl/privacy/. Le participant autorise le traitement de ses données personnelles fournies, nécessaire à l'exécution du présent Concours, à savoir l'identification des gagnants et l'expédition des prix. Elles seront uniquement conservées pour la durée qui est nécessaire en vue du bon déroulement du présent concours. Danone fait, en tant que “responsable du traitement” pour ce Concours, appel au “sous-traitant” Dorst & Lesser, qui assure la coordination du concours.
2. Les participants ont le droit de s'opposer au traitement de leurs données, le droit d'accéder, de faire effacer, de vérifier leurs données et de faire rectifier les données incorrectes en envoyant un e-mail au moyen du formulaire de contact sur le site web (https://www.danone.be/fr/contact) ou une lettre à l'adresse du siège de Danone. Chaque participant peut également s'opposer via les mêmes canaux, gratuitement et à tout moment, à l'utilisation de ses données personnelles à des fins de marketing direct. Le participant qui demande la de faire effacer ses données pendant le déroulement du concours accepte que cela mette automatiquement fin à sa participation, étant donné qu'il n'est pas possible de figurer dans la liste des participants sans s'être inscrit.
3. L’exécution du Concours doit être comprise comme le fait que les données, le formulaire de participation, les images sur lesquelles pourrait apparaître le participant gagnant puissent être utilisés pour quelques manifestations qui soient (y compris les manifestations publiques) qui ont trait au Concours (autres que celles mentionnées à l’article 2.2 du présent règlement de concours). Ce droit inclut internet, les publications imprimées et toutes autres formes de communication.
Article 3 : Comment et quand participer ?
1. Le présent Concours court du 21/7/2023 au 23/7/2023 et du 28/7/2023 au 30/7/2023. Les demandes de participation qui sont envoyées avant le 20/7/2023 ou après le 30/7/2023 ne sont pas prises en considération.
2. Pour participer valablement au concours, le participant doit créer une storie Instagram créative en utilisant le filtre « Alpro Feed Your You » et la publier en tant que story Instagram sur son propre compte Instagram. @Alpro doit être tagué dans cette Story. Le participant doit également suivre le compte Instagram @alpro pour avoir une chance de gagner les prix.
Seuls les participants séjournant à Dreamville sont éligibles pour gagner un prix. Les prix à remporter ne donnent en aucun cas accès à Dreamville ou à Tomorrowland.
Article 4 : Désignation des gagnants
1. La jury de Danone désignera les gagnants.
2. Les gagnants seront informés par écrit du prix remporté via le compte Instagram avec lequel ils ont participé, lors d'un des deux week-ends d'activation (21-23/7 ou 28-30/7). Danone ne peut être tenu responsable de la non-attribution des prix si le propriétaire du compte n'a pas vu ce message en temps opportun.
3. Les prix seront remis aux gagnants au Alpro Breakfast Corner à DreamVille lors de l'un des deux week-ends d'activation (21-23/7 ou 28-30/7), conformément à la journée indiquée.
4. Si, pour une raison totalement étrangère à Danone, un gagnant ne reçoit pas un prix lors de l'un des deux week-ends d'activation (21-23/7 ou 28-30/7), ce gagnant perd ses droits au prix et le prix reste la propriété de Danone. En pareil cas, le gagnant n'a droit à aucun autre prix ni aucune autre forme de compensation.
5. Sans préjudice des droits de Danone tels que définis à l'article 2.5, les résultats du Concours ne feront l'objet d'aucune communication publique.
Article 5 : Prix
1 petit-déjeuner VIP Alpro pour 4 personnes dans la zone de petit-déjeuner The Farmhouse à DreamVille - 1 par jour d'activation (à gagner le 21-22-23-28-29-30/7/2023)
1 café spécialité Alpro au stand petit-déjeuner Alpro à DreamVille - 20 par jour d'activation (à gagner le 21-22-23-28-29-30/7/2023)
Les prix ne sont pas échangeables contre leur valeur en espèces ni autres avantages en nature. Les prix sont personnels et ne peuvent être ni transmis ni vendus à des tiers.
Article 6 : Responsabilité
1 La participation au Concours implique la connaissance et l'acceptation des caractéristiques et restrictions d'internet, notamment en ce qui concerne les performances techniques, le risque d'interruptions et, plus généralement, les risques qui sont inhérents à toute connexion et tout transfert via internet, l'absence de protection de certaines données contre d'éventuels détournements et les risques d'infection par d'éventuels virus sur le réseau. Danone ne peut par conséquent en aucun cas être tenue responsable notamment de :
- Transmissions via internet.
- Dysfonctionnement d'internet et/ou du logiciel utilisé.
- Conséquences de virus, bugs et anomalies.
- Quelconques défauts techniques, hardware et software.
2. Danone ne peut être tenue responsable du dommage direct ou indirect résultant d'aucune interruption, de quelconques dysfonctionnements du déroulement du Concours, de l'exclusion de participants ou de la résolution du concours pour quelque raison que ce soit. Il en va de même concernant tout dommage direct ou indirect qui résulterait d'une connexion au site Instagram ou www.danone.be ou https://www.danonebelgie.be/fr/. Chaque participant doit prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour protéger ses propres données et/ou logiciels sur ses équipements informatiques et/ou son site contre toute quelconque atteinte. La connexion à Instagram et au site Danone et la participation au Concours relèvent de l'entière responsabilité des participants. Danone ne peut davantage être tenue responsable si le présent concours devait être modifié, abrégé ou annulé pour cause de force majeure ou pour des motifs indépendants de sa volonté. Danone se réserve le droit de vérifier si les législation et réglementation applicables et le règlement de concours sont respectés, notamment afin d'exclure tout participant qui en aura fait un usage abusif. Danone n'est toutefois pas tenue de contrôler systématiquement tous les formulaires envoyés et peut se limiter à contrôler les gagnants. Danone et ses préposés ne sont à l'égard des gagnants en aucune manière responsables, en ce qui concerne les prix, y compris leur livraison, leur état, leurs propriétés ou les éventuelles conséquences, incidents ou accidents occasionnés par leur installation, possession ou utilisation.
3. Des erreurs dactylographiques, orthographiques et typographiques ou autres du genre ne peuvent être invoquées pour justifier des dommages-intérêts ou toute obligation dans le chef d'Danone.
Article 7 : Droits de Danone
1. Danone se réserve le droit de mettre fin, d'interrompre ou de modifier, pour des raisons légitimes et sans préavis, le Concours et/ou de modifier les prix du Concours si les circonstances l'exigent, sans que sa responsabilité ne puisse par ailleurs être engagée.
2. Danone se réserve le droit de supprimer à tout moment d’Instagram les témoignages des participants. Cela peut être le cas parce que le matériel n'est pas conforme à la législation applicable ou pour d'autres considérations rédactionnelles du propre avis de Danone. Danone n'est pas tenue d'en notifier préalablement le participant concerné et ni d'invoquer la moindre justification.
Article 8 : Meta - Instagram
1. Le participant reconnaît que le Concours est organisé par Danone et non par Meta. Meta ne peut par conséquent être tenu en aucune manière responsable d'éléments qui sont liés au Concours.
2. Danone reconnaît que Meta-Instagram n'a soutenu, exécuté ni approuvé en aucune manière le Concours ni qu'il y soit associé d'une autre manière.
3. Le participant fournit ses données à Danone et non à Meta/Instagram.
Article 9 : Contact
Toutes questions, remarques ou réclamations relatives au présent Concours ou règlement de concours peuvent être adressées par écrit au compte @Alpro sur Instagram.
Article 10 : Divers
1. Le présent règlement de concours est uniquement mis à disposition sur ce site web du 20/7/2023 au 30/7/2023. Un exemplaire papier du présent règlement de concours sera envoyé gratuitement à toute personne qui en ferait la demande par courrier à Danone à l'adresse suivante : 17 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France
2. Les conditions d'utilisation et la politique relative au respect de la vie privée de Danone sont applicables au présent Concours et peuvent être consultées sur www.alpro.com/uk/dreamville.
3. Le Concours, le présent règlement de concours et son interprétation sont soumis au droit belge et les éventuels litiges relèvent de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Gand.
