Unlike animal-based products, Almond drinks are naturally low in saturated fat.

Almonds are full of flavour and are rich in monounsaturated fat and a source of polyunsatured fat whilst only providing 4g of saturated per 100g.
Almonds are also an excellent source of fibre, calcium and magnesium as well as B vitamins, and vitamin E.
