Oats

Oat drink is naturally lactose-free making it a valuable product for people with lactose-intolerance.

Unlike animal-based products, Oat drinks are naturally low in saturated fats. 

Oats are an excellent source of the water soluble fibre beta-glucans, which have been shown to actively lower serum cholesterol.  Additionally, oats are rich in vitamin B1, phosphorus and magnesium.
