Sue Baic, RD and Freelance dietitian

Sue is a registered dietitian with over 30 years’ experience in the NHS and as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Bristol. She now runs a freelance nutrition consultancy in Bristol, Nutrition Basics. Sue is a passionate advocate of healthy and sustainable eating at an affordable price and works with a variety of client groups including those on low income at a local foodbank in Bristol, the Matthew Tree Project and with inmates at a men’s prison.
