Apple and Cinnamon Breakfast Bowl
- 1 large red apple
- 400g Alpro Greek Style Oat
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp toasted almond flakes
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, or other nut butter
Wash the apple and chop into small chunks. No need to peel.
Put the apple chunks into a non-stick pan with a tablespoonful of water.
Add the cinnamon and simmer gently on a low heat for 10 minutes or until the apple pieces are soft but not mushy. Drizzle in more water while you're cooking if it looks too dry.
Split the Alpro Greek Style Oat between two bowls, spoon on the cooked apple, top with the toasted almond flakes and a dollop of peanut butter. Grab a spoon and dive right into that nutty, fruity, spicy creaminess!
