Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 300ml Alpro Protein drink or Oat drink no sugars
  • 500g mix of frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
  • Topping:
  • 3 tbsp mix of black chia seeds and desiccated coconut
  • 8 strawberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Extra peanut butter

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Put your frozen berries, banana, maca powder and peanut butter in a blender.

  • Step 2

    Splash in the Alpro Protein drink or Oat drink No Sugars.

  • Step 3

    Whizz until smooth, but still frozen. If it's too runny, add some more berries. If it's too thick, just top it up with some more drink.

  • Step 4

    Pour into a bowl and scatter with strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds and desiccated coconut, then finish with an extra dollop of peanut butter. Wakey, wakey, taste buds!
