Spicy Avocado Toasts

Made with Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek Style yogurt, snack or starter, you decide!

Ingredients

Gluten free? No problem, you can replace the multigrain bread with a gluten-free version

Serves 4

  • 8 slices multi-grain bread
  • 2 avocados, ready to eat
  • 5 tbsp Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek Style yogurt
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • Pepper and a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Toast the bread.

Step 2

Peel, stone and mash the avocado flesh with the lemon juice.

Step 3

Add the Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek Style yogurt and chilli flakes, season to taste and stir until everything’s well mixed.

Step 4

Spread the avocado chilli mix on the toasts sprinkled with some extra chilli flakes, if you like it hot! Also delish topped with a grilled chicken fillet or crispy brunchtime bacon." lactose free, veggie, vegan
