How can I reduce my sugars intake?

The recommended reference intake (RI) for sugars is 90g/ day. By looking at the nutrition labels you can find out how much sugars is in a particular product. Compare labels to choose foods and drinks that are lower in sugars. Also look out for products low in sugars or sugar-free. Cutting down on portion sizes may also help to reduce your sugars intake.
