Plant-based eating is good for people’s wellbeing because it gives you a lot of the benefits nature has to offer. For example, fruit and vegetables but also our plant-based alternatives to dairy provide important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Whole grains provide fibre and energy and nuts and seeds offer good fats. Certain plant-based foods, like soya, are rich in plant protein, low in saturated fat, naturally lactose free and source of calcium and other vitamins and minerals.
