Is Alpro soya yogurt good for you?

Our soya alternative to yogurt is a delicious and healthy alternative to dairy-based yogurt*. A source of high quality plant protein, and added calcium and vitamins B2, B12 and D our soya-based yogurt alternatives are also naturally lactose and dairy free, as well as being naturally low in fat and saturated fat. Does Alpro soya yogurt contain probiotics?

Keeping your digestive tract happy and healthy is easy with our Alpro yogurt alternatives. Our non-dairy yogurts include calcium and vitamin D along with plant-based live cultures including S. thermophilus and L. bulgaricus.

How many calories are there in Alpro yogurt?
