1. Whilst the coffee is brewing, gently heat up the Alpro Almond Original, stirring constantly, to just boiling but do not allow it to boil.
2. Using a hand held blender or a milk frother, whisk the hot Alpro Almond Original until a lovely froth develops.
3. Pour 200 ml of the frothy Alpro Almond Original into each of the four glasses. Then carefully pour into the Alpro Almond Original the espresso or strong coffee (100ml per glass) to form a layered effect. Nice job!
