1. Sift the flour into a medium sized bowl and make a well in the middle. Mix the Alpro Almond Drink and water together. Break the eggs into the well and start whisking slowly. Add the Almond Drink and water in a steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth. Afterwards add the raisins
2. Take a small frying pan, place it on a high heat and add a bit of margarine. After melting the margarine, pour in a small amount of the pancake mixture. Once the mixture takes on its shape, turn regularly until the pancake is golden brown on each side.
3. Serve with your favourite toppings.
To avoid lumps in your pancake mixture, pour in the Almond Drink and the water in a steady stream, whisking constantly. Another helpful tip is to sieve the flour before you start. This will make the flour easier to mix!
