This autumn breakfast with cinnamon apple and almonds will make your taste buds sing

1 eating apple

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp sunflower / polyunsaturated spread

200g Alpro Plain with Almond Big Pot

100g granola

1. Core and roughly chop the apple and place on a baking sheet. Coat the apple pieces with the cinnamon, brown sugar and spread and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190oC / gas 5 for 10-15 minutes.
2. Place half the Alpro Plain with Almond at the bottom of two glasses, followed by half of the granola and a layer using half the baked apple pieces.
3. Repeat the process to make two totally tempting brekkies.

How can you make it gluten free? You can use a gluten free granola or gluten free muesli instead.
