1. Pour the Alpro Rice Original into a small pan, add the oatmeal and cinnamon.
2. Bring to a simmer and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the freshly chopped mint and sweeten with the honey.
3. Chop the banana and put the pieces in a bowl, drizzle with lime juice and pour the porridge on top.
4. Let it cool for 1 minute and finally add the chopped almonds for a finishing touch. So good!
How can you make it gluten free? The oatmeal may contain gluten, check the label that it is gluten free or replace with gluten free granola or gluten free muesli.
It is already veggie, but not vegan (honey). Use another maple syrup, agave syrup or table sugar instead of honey to make it vegan.
