Ingredients

250ml Alpro Oat drink

2 tbsp oats

1 banana

225g frozen red berries

Toppings: 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, handful fresh mixed berries, 1 tbsp almonds - chopped.

Preparation

1. Soak the oats in 50ml Alpro Oat drink and put in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Slice the banana and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. In the morning, blend the soaked oats, remaining 200ml Alpro Oat drink, frozen banana slices and red berries .
4. Pour into two bowls and top with an assortment of pomegranate seeds, fresh berries and chopped almonds.

Tip

Use linseed or chia seed instead of oats or use gluten free oats to make the smoothie. Replace our Alpro Oat drink with another Alpro drink of your choice.
