1. Defrost the frozen blueberries a little to soften the mixture, and gently crush some of the berries.
2. Using half the berry mixture, evenly divide between the 4 popsicle moulds. Using half the quantity, add a layer of Alpro Simply Plain on top of the berry layer. Repeat the layering using the remaining berries and Alpro Simply Plain.
3. Freeze for 15 minutes before adding the lolly sticks into the mixture and freeze overnight.
