Apple and Fennel 'Slaw

Fresh and tasty cabbage salad made with Alpro Simply Plain Big Pot

200g white cabbage

1 fennel bulb

1 carrot

1 apple

200g Alpro Simply Plain Big Pot

2 tsp mustard

Pinch of salt and black pepper

1. Shred the cabbage.
2. Cut the fennel into thin slices. Peel and grate the carrot coarsely.
3. Peel and core the apple and grate this coarsely too.
4. Mix everything with Alpro Simply Plain and mustard; season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
