Choc Chip Flapjack

Chocolate & Oat pie made with Alpro Soya Vanilla Drink

- 500ml Alpro Soya Vanilla drink

- 200g quick-cook oats

- 60g brown sugar

- 60g dark chocolate chips

- 4tbs natural peanut butter

- A few drops vanilla extract

- 1 pinch salt

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the Alpro Vanilla drink, oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
3. Line a baking dish with baking parchment. Pour the pie mixture in the baking dish and bake for 35 min.
4. Leave the pie to cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature.


Line a baking dish with baking paper to avoid greasing the dish.

Use fondant chocolate (>75% cacao) which contains a negligible amount of lactose and use a lactose free peanut butter.
