150g cane sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 x 125 g Alpro Dark Chocolate dessert
3 eggs
30 g cocoa powder
250 g self-raising flour
6 g of baking powder
pinch of salt
10 small round cookies
one 'cigarette russes' cookie
250 g strawberries
1. Preheat the oven to 180° C. In a large bowl, mix the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Add 125 g Alpro Dark Chocolate dessert and mix. Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and continue to mix until smooth.
2. Grease a baking tin of 21x 21 cm and spoon in the batter. Smooth the top.

Use the 'cigarette russe' cookie as the chimney. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and use it as a decoration for the wagons. Fun for children to make and eat.
