1. Chop the nuts finely and toast them in a pan. Melt the chocolate in a 'bain-marie' and add the nuts for taste. Pour the melted chocolate into the ice moulds. If you use mini cupcake tins, fill them until half full.
2. Let the chocolate set and then slide the lollipop sticks or straws in. Store in a cool place.
3. Next, remove the chocolate after 2 to 3 hours, depending on the thickness of the moulds.
4. Heat the Alpro Soya Original drink and serve with the chocolate stirrers. Yummy!
You can also use dried or fresh fruit instead of using nuts.
Watch out for lactose in chocolate, not all chocolate is lactose free
