1. Hold each strawberry by its leaves and dip them into the Alpro Vanilla.
2. Carefully arrange all the strawberries with the dipped point facing upwards on a rack, put in the freezer straightaway and freeze for at least an hour.
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for a second layer.
4. Serve the frozen strawberries in a glass, topped with a sprig of mint as a final flourish, or speared on cocktail sticks they're perfect for parties.
Before serving, let the strawberries warm up a just a little to soften them.
