Hazelnut infused coffee

Escape from your hectic schedule with a hazelnut infused coffee made with Alpro Hazelnut Original

400ml espresso

2 tbsp chopped roasted hazelnuts

3 tsp honey

24 ice cubes

1L Alpro Hazelnut Original drink

1. Pre-heat oven to 190oC / fan 170oC / gas 5. Prepare the espresso the way you like it and let cool.
2. Meanwhile, place the chopped hazelnuts onto a baking tray lined with parchment, drizzle with the honey and mix to ensure all the nuts are coated well. Bake until they are caramelized - about 10 minutes.
3. Fill 4 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour 100 ml chilled espresso into each glass and top with 250 ml chilled Alpro Hazelnut Original.
4. Garnish with caramelized nuts and serve immediately.
