A slice of herb heaven toast with Alpro Plain Unsweetened Big Pot

8 slices sourdough bread

8 tbsp Alpro Plain Unsweetened Big Pot

5 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, parsley, chive, basil), finely chopped


A pinch salt

140g smoked salmon (optional)

1. Toast the slices of bread.
2. Mix the Alpro Plain Unsweetened with the mixed herbs and season with pepper and a pinch of salt.
3. Spread the mixture onto the toast and top with a slice of smoked salmon, if desired.
4. Enjoy!

Gluten free? No problem, you can use gluten free bread instead of the sourdough bread

Veggie? Replace the smoked salmon with sliced radishes, chargrilled asparagus or fried mushrooms.
