1. Put the Alpro Simpy Plain and the red fruits into a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth pink colour.
2. Crumble the biscuits into little pieces. Place some of the crumbled coconut biscuits in a bowl and save the rest for sprinkling on top.
3. Pour the mixture over the crumbled biscuits and finish with the reserved crumble.
4. Take a spoon and dive into your gorgeous breakfast!
