Go On Plain

75 g mixed unsalted nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, brazil nuts)
20 g raisins
65 g Alpro Go On Plain alternative to strained yogurt
½ tbsp honey (optional)
8 slices bread
200g fruit of your choice: blueberries, blackberries
1. Roast the nuts in a pan without oil for a few minutes until lightly golden. Chop finely or blend roughly. Combine the nuts with the raisins and Alpro Go On Plain. Add honey to taste.
2. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown and top with the nut spread.
3. Serve the toast with nut spread and fruits of your choice.
4. The nut spread can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
You can use seasonal fruit to make it extra delicious!
Gluten free? No problem, you can use gluten free bread instead!
Vegan? You can replace the honey with maple syrup
