1. Place all the ingredients, including the Alpro Oat Original, in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium to high heat.
3. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 50-60ml of the batter mix for each pancake.
4.Brown on both sides and serve hot. Oat-so-tasty!
1. Oats & baking powder: check the packaging to ensure they are gluten free. 2. Replace the Alpro Oat Original with Alpro Almond Original or another of our delicious drinks. 3. Replace the standard flour with gluten free flour.
