1. Start by freezing fresh red fruit overnight – or use a ready frozen red or berry fruit mix.
2. Blend the frozen red fruit with the lemon juice, agave syrup and Alpro Vanilla and blend for around 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
3. You can serve the ice cream immediately or store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
4. As a finishing touch, top each serving with a refreshing a sprig of mint.
For a thicker texture, blend in some ice cubes along with the frozen fruit.
