1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the self-raising flour, vanilla sugar and the seeds of the vanilla pod together with a pinch of salt. Add the Alpro Soya Original, sunflower oil and warm water to the mixture. Blend until smooth in a food processor.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray and sprinkle over the flaked almonds. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Pierce the bread with a skewer. When it comes out dry, your delicious cake is ready.
4.Allow the cake to cool and serve with fresh fruit. Great to nibble on during the day or serve it after dinner with coffee.
