600ml Alpro Soya Unsweetened Wholebean

400 hot espresso coffee

2 tsp cocoa powder

Preparation

1. Whilst your coffee is brewing, gently heat up the Alpro Soya Unsweetened Wholebean to boiling point and constantly keep stirring.
2. Divide the espresso shots between four mugs and top each with 75ml of the warm Alpro Soya Unsweetened Wholebean.
3. Using a hand held blender or a milk frother, whisk the remaining Alpro Soya Unsweetened Wholebean until frothy and add to the four mugs.
4. Finish off with a sprinkle of cocoa powder. You're the boss!
