A brekkie bowl made with Alpro Plain with Coconut Big Pot

Ingredients

1kg Alpro Plain with Coconut alternative to yogurt

¼ pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks

4 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

3 tbsp agave syrup

2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

100g fresh red currants

2 tbsp pistachios

a few springs of mint

Preparation

1. Blend the Alpro Plain with Coconut, pineapple pieces and 1 tbsp of the chia seeds and agave until nice and smooth.
2. Pop the mixture into a bowl and top with sliced kiwi, red currants, pistachios and the remaining chia seeds.
3. Top it off with a sprinkling of mint leaves.
4. Serve with a green tea.
