160ml vegetable stock

600g frozen peas

250ml Alpro Soya Cuisine

50g spinach

1 tbsp curry powder

pepper and a pinch herb salt

250g pasta

1. Place the vegetable stock in a large pan and bring to a gentle simmer. Add peas and cook for 15 minutes. Add the Alpro Soya Cuisine and the spinach.
2. Add the curry powder and blend the mixture into a smooth sauce using a hand held blender or liquidizer. Season with pepper and a pinch of salt.
3. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente.
4. Once the pasta is ready, drain and mix into the sauce. Finish off with some spinach leaves.
