1. Start by preheating the oven to 200°C. Cut the leek in equal length pieces, boil these in salted water until they’re just undercooked and let them drain afterwards.
2. For the sauce, mix flour with melted margarine in a pan until smooth. Add 2/3 of the Alpro Soya Unsweetened Wholebean and blend thoroughly. Little by little, continue to stir the mixture while adding the remaining Alpro Soya Unsweetened Wholebean and Alpro Soya Cuisine. Remove the pan from the heat and add 50g grated Comté cheese and chopped parsley to the mixture. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
3. Roll each slice of ham in one of the leek stalks and season with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking dish and pour the sauce on top along with the remaining grated Comté cheese and almond. Place in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Serve immediately with bread, potatoes or brown rice.
