Adam's 'Fast Lane' Protein Oats
  • 40g jumbo porridge oats
  • 125ml Alpro Soya No Sugars Drink
  • Half of apple, cored and coarsely grated
  • 2-3 dried apricots, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • To Serve:
  • A few chopped walnuts or almonds
  • A handful of seasonal berries & sliced apple or banana

Ingredients

  • 40g jumbo porridge oats
  • 125ml Alpro Soya No Sugars Drink
  • Half of apple, cored and coarsely grated
  • 2-3 dried apricots, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • To Serve:
  • A few chopped walnuts or almonds
  • A handful of seasonal berries & sliced apple or banana

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except the seasonal berries and nuts into a large bowl. Cover chill and leave to soak overnight

To serve, spoon into two individual bowls an top with the seasonal berries and nuts
