½ avocado
500ml Alpro Oat drink
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 espresso coffee

500ml Alpro Oat drink
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

Use a hand blender to whizz the avocado and Alpro Oat drink together in a jug until super-smooth and creamy.

Tumble a few ice cubes into a glass and add the vanilla essence.

Pour the avocado mixture over the ice, and top with a freshly brewed espresso.

Fire and ice, dark and light. Enjoy!
