Banana, Cinnamon and Flax Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 120ml Alpro Soya No Sugars drink
  • 100ml Alpro Greek Style Plain
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Add everything to a blender and blitz until smooth. If you like your smoothies extra cold you can add some ice, but you may need extra liquid as the ice can thicken it a bit.
