Protein Berry Smoothie Bowl
- 150g Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 60g frozen mixed berries
- 2 Weetabix Protein biscuits
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Put the Alpro No Sugars alternative to yogurt, banana, cinnamon, frozen mixed berries (reserve a tbsp for the topping), and one crushed Weetabix into a blender .
Blitz until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
To Serve, sprinkle over the top: a crushed Weetabix, a dollop of peanut butter and the reserved mixed berries .
Add some extra fruits if you wish. Delicious!
