Chocolate Bread Pudding

made with Alpro High Chocolate Protein Pudding 20g

Ingredients

Use gluten free bread

Serves 2

  • Oil
  • Alpro High Chocolate Protein Pudding 20g
  • slices whole wheat bread
  • Topping:
  • Nuts, cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • Gluten free granola

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a loaf pan or an 8x8 baking dish well with oil (can also line with parchment paper)

Step 2

Place the bread pieces in the pan. Pour the Alpro High Chocolate Protein Pudding 20g over the bread pieces. Use a rubber spatula to mix and make sure all pieces are coated in the chocolate mixture.

Step 3

Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes, or until set in the middle.

Step 4

Scoop into bowls and serve
