Chocolate Bread Pudding
Made with Alpro High Chocolate Protein Pudding 20g
Ingredients
- Oil
- Alpro High Chocolate Protein Pudding 20g
- slices whole wheat bread
- Nuts, cacao nibs or chocolate chips
- Gluten free granola
Use gluten free bread
Preparation
- Grease a loaf pan or an 8x8 baking dish well with oil (can also line with parchment paper)
- Place the bread pieces in the pan. Pour the Alpro High Chocolate Protein Pudding 20g over the bread pieces. Use a rubber spatula to mix and make sure all pieces are coated in the chocolate mixture.
- Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes, or until set in the middle.
- Scoop into bowls and serve
