Soya Protein Smoothie

Spice up your day with this gingery, Alpro soya protein packed smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 200ml Alpro High Protein Soya drink
  • 85g pomegranate
  • 65g blueberries
  • 2g fresh ginger root

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and chop a small piece of the ginger (about 1cm square) and scoop out the pomegranate

Step 2

Pop all your lovely ingredients into a blender

Step 3

Add the Alpro Soya Original Drink and whizz until smooth and dramatically purple.

Step 4

Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy. Breakfast in the morning, mocktail by moonlight!
