    Ingredients

    Serves 2

    • 4 Weetabix
    • 250g Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt
    • 2 kiwi fruits, diced
    • Nuts and seeds (approx. 2 tbsp)
    • 160g frozen blueberries

    Preparation

    • Step 1

      Using a small saucepan, warm the blueberries until just defrosted and producing a small amount of juice but still keeping their shape

    • Step 2

      Roughly break-up the Weetabix and add half to 2 kilner jars or glasses

    • Step 3

      Divide half of the berries in each jar then top with the half of the Alpro Plain No Sugars and the diced kiwi fruit

    • Step 4

      Repeat with another layer of Weetabix, blueberries and Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt

    • Step 5

      Top with flaked almonds or a mixture of nuts & seeds. Enjoy!
