Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 200ml Alpro Almond Drink
  • 85g mango
  • 60g banana
  • 1.5g fresh mint
  • Topping:
  • 1 tsp flax seeds

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Chop the mango and banana into chunks.

  • Step 2

    Toss into your blender along with the Alpro Almond Drink.

  • Step 3

    Whizz well until deliciously smooth and creamy.

  • Step 4

    Pour into a glass, top with the flax seeds and a sprig of mint. Relax and enjoy!
