Nutty Banana Oatibix Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 Oatibix biscuits
  • 1 small banana
  • 250ml Alpro Oat No Sugars drink
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp almond butter

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Slice the banana, add half into a small pan and mash. Add the crushed Oatibix, Alpro Oat No Sugars drink and cinnamon. Stir well

  • Step 2

    On a medium heat bring to a simmer. Pour into a serving bowl and top with the rest of the sliced banana and almond butter. Serve up and enjoy this tasty winter warmer.
