Oatibix Overnight Oats


Serves 1

  • 2 Oatibix biscuits, crushed
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 190ml Alpro Oat No Sugars drink
  • fresh seasonal fruit eg. half sliced banana and 40g berries
  • 1 tbsp Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt, to serve


  • Step 1

    Place the 2 Oatibix biscuits, and 1 tsp of almond butter in a jar or bowl.  Pour the Oat No Sugars drink over the mixture and mix together.  Once mixed together, cover and store overnight in the fridge at temp 40F.

  • Step 2

    In the morning, remove from the fridge and top with a dollop of Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt, banana slices and blueberries. sprinkle with 2 tsp chia seeds and a drizzle of almond butter if you wish. Breakfast is done!
