    Ingredients

    Use any drink from the Alpro No Sugars range!

    Serves 2

    • 250g Alpro Plain With Coconut Alternative To Yoghurt
    • 100ml Alpro Coconut No Sugars Drink
    • 100g jumbo porridge oats
    • Half of apple, cored and coarsely grated
    • 15g dried apricots, roughly chopped
    • 15g mixed seeds, toasted
    • To serve:
    • 80g seasonal berries
    • 1 banana

    Preparation

    • Step 1

      Mix all the ingredients except the toppings in a large bowl

    • Step 2

      Cover, chill and leave to soak overnight.

    • Step 3

      To serve, spoon into two individual bowls and add your favourite toppings.

    • Step 4

      Voila! The breakfast that's always there for you.
