Quick Greek Style Granola Parfait

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 30g jumbo rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 150g Alpro Greek Style Plain plant-based alternative to yogurt
  • 15 blueberries
  • 3 medium strawberries, sliced

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Place a small frying pan over low-medium heat and add the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon. Toast for 3-4 minutes until golden but not brown.

  • Step 2

    Take a wide bottomed glass and layer half the Alpro Greek Style Plain plant-based alternative to yogurt, with half the fruit, and half the toasted oat mix. Repeat until you have two layers of each.
