
Spicy Avocado Toasts
Made with Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek Style yogurt, snack or starter, you decide!

Ingredients
Gluten free? No problem, you can replace the multigrain bread with a gluten-free version
- 8 slices multi-grain bread
- 2 avocados, ready to eat
- 5 tbsp Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek Style yogurt
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- Pepper and a pinch of salt
Preparation

Step 1
Toast the bread.

Step 2
Peel, stone and mash the avocado flesh with the lemon juice.

Step 3
Add the Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek Style yogurt and chilli flakes, season to taste and stir until everything’s well mixed.

Step 4
Spread the avocado chilli mix on the toasts sprinkled with some extra chilli flakes, if you like it hot! Also delish topped with a grilled chicken fillet or crispy brunchtime bacon.
