Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

made with Alpro Soy High Protein Drink 50 g

Ingredients

Add a crushed graham cracker as topping. Or add mashed strawberries into the oats

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Alpro High Protein Pudding 20 g Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Alpro Soy High Protein Drink 50 g
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Topping:
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Alpro High Protein Pudding Vanilla Flavour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together oats and chia seeds.

Step 2

Add Alpro High Protein Pudding 20 g Vanilla, Alpro Soy High Protein Drink 50 g and maple syrup

Step 3

Mix well, cover and store overnight.

Step 4

Top with fresh fruit and extra Alpro High Protein Pudding Vanilla Flavour
